We try out two fuss-free beauty treatments from the Spa Espirit Group and here’s our verdict. By SAMANTHA FRANCIS.

If you’re into grooming and self-care, then you’re likely no stranger to the Spa Esprit Group, a homegrown brand well-loved for its beauty services. For a fuss-free glow-up, we recommend checking out two of their treatments—each one taking up no more than an hour. Perfect for a quick spot of lunchtime or pre-dinner pampering, the Rosebud Vajuvenation and Lash Resurrection will leave you relaxed from head to toe.

At STRIP: Ministry of Waxing, vulva care takes centre stage, as do treatments like Brazilian waxing. The brand aims to normalise caring for one’s intimate region, which also happens to be the most delicate part of one’s body. Recommended as a standalone treatment or an add-on after Brazilian waxing, Rosebud Vajuvenation is a 30-minute-long session designed to lift, tighten, and improve skin in the vulva area. Best done on hair-free skin, the treatment uses Thermal O2 technology, which combines radio frequency, as well as suction and heat to encourage collagen production. The sensation on my labia was gentle and warm, lulling me to sleep in no time. After which, a hydrating mask was applied to soothe my skin. The result? Brighter and smoother skin in the vulva area.

Having had eyelash extensions on for the past couple of months thanks to my wedding preparation, I was more than happy to have them removed ahead of the Lash Resurrection treatment at Browhaus. Meant as a recovery treatment for frequent users of lash extensions, the session aims to strengthen the lashes, minimise breakage, and encourage faster regrowth of natural lashes. My eye area was cleansed, before a device with high-frequency vibrations was used to exfoliate the lash line and remove dead skin cells. The soft vibrations felt like a massage on my eyelids. This would also help unclog the lash follicles before a micro-applicator was used to apply a regrowth serum to the lash line. Formulated with botanical extracts like panax ginseng root and grapeseed extract, the serum triggers lash follicles to go into the growth stage. Finally, I was treated to a warm and soothing eye mask, which would encourage blood circulation for brighter peepers.

Perfect for busy millennials like myself, each of these treatments had zero downtime and could be easily scheduled into a workday.
