VOICES VIRTUAL: Power Flow with Kiki Bianca Tan

An empowering practice that helps students discover the possibilities within their physical bodies, as well as the emotional challenges that arise on and off the mat. With self-awareness being the ultimate goal, the class is built upon freedom of movement and calmness of mind. Students are invited to find steadiness (sthira) and joy (sukha) in each pose and move according to how their body feels. Get ready for a meditative flow with plenty of downward dogs and sun salutations, alongside essential asanas like standing poses, forward bends, backbends, and twists.

Kiki Bianca Tan has taught yoga in Singapore for over 10 years, ever since she completed a hot yoga teacher training course in Costa Rica. Adventures keep her grounded while seeking out new places gives her joy. On the mat, she enjoys a powerful asana practice with time for play, balanced out by moments of stillness. Students can expect guidance through clear and intentional instructions. She believes that yoga is a practice for anybody, with the practice itself founded in an understanding of one’s true self. She also enjoys teaching beginners, so do reach out for small group private classes.
